We understand that plans can change, and sometimes cancellation is necessary. This policy outlines the terms for canceling your booking and receiving a refund.

Free Cancellation Window

  • You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking:
    • At least 24 hours before the departure time for activities.
    • At least 48 hours before the departure time for tour packages.


If your cancellation qualifies for a refund, we will initiate the process within 5 (five) business days of receiving your request.

Cancellation After Free Window

  • Cancellations made within the free cancellation window will be subject to the following fees:
    • Cancellations within 24 hours (activities) or 48 hours (tours) of departure will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking amount.

Third-Party Supplier Payments

  • In some cases, advance payments may be made to secure your booking with third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, activity providers). These payments may not be refundable based on the supplier’s policy.
  • We will do our best to negotiate a refund with the supplier in such cases. However, any refund received will be credited to your booking account and can be used for future bookings with

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We will consider exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately if you have a compelling reason for cancellation outside the free cancellation window.

Confirmation of Cancellation

  • We will send you a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed and the applicable refund amount has been determined.
